Blockade by Mind Games is a unisex Extrait de Parfum built around the contrast between fresh tropical mango, aromatic greenery, warm leather, amber woods, patchouli, and oud. Released in 2022 and created by perfumer Christelle Laprade, this woody leathery fruity fragrance is presented in a 3.4 oz / 100 ml spray bottle.

The fragrance opens with realistic mango skin, sparkling Bergamot Capua, spicy pink pepper, and green tomato leaf. The mango brings a fresh tropical fruit character, while tomato leaf adds a crisp vegetal edge that prevents the opening from becoming overly sweet.

Its heart develops with aromatic lavender, mango flower, watery cyclamen, and star anise. These notes create a fresh floral-spicy transition with subtle aquatic and licorice-like facets.

In the drydown, Cuir Velours DI introduces a smooth suede-leather accord alongside earthy patchouli, warm Ambrostar, and oud. The result is a polished woody-leather base that gives structure and depth to the bright mango opening.

Blockade has a fruity, woody, leathery, green, aromatic, fresh-spicy, amber, and tropical scent profile. It is well suited to everyday wear, daytime events, travel, office settings, outdoor occasions, and warmer spring or summer weather, while its leather, oud, and amber foundation also allows it to transition into evening wear.
